Current Projects
Public Art Consulting is based in Vancouver, but the team travels regularly to
keep apprised of international artists and curatorial projects. The following
are some public art projects that are currently in progress.

Prior Place
Developer: Strand
Location: Strathcona, Vancouver
Prior is a mixed-use development adjacent to the new St. Paul’s Hospital on the False Creek Flats. Designed by Francl Architecture, the project boats a central courtyard bordered by two residential rental towers set atop an office/retail podium which includes a cultural amenity space at ground level.

Three Sixty
Developer: Strand
Location: Mount Pleasant Industrial Area,
Vancouver

Three Sixty is a comercial use building situated in the Mount Pleasant Industrial neighbourhood amongst restaurants, retail, residential, and only three blocks from the Olympic Village Skytrain Station. The building is also nearby four
additional SkyTrain stations, including the future Mount Pleasant and Great Northern Way Station.

G47 Seniors Institutional Development
Developer: Intracorp + Amica
Location: Kerrisdale, Vancouver
G47 Seniors Institutional Development is a six storey community care facility located at the corner of Granville Street and 47th Avenue in the Kerrisdale Neighborhood. This state-of-theart
project has been meticulously designed to address the unique needs of the aging local population.

Halo
Developer: Polygon Homes
Location: City of Surrey

The site is located in Semiahmoo Town Centre – the commercial and cultural heart for South Surrey. Halo consists of two six-storey buildings which house 205 residential with a unit mix of 1 studio, 62 one-bedrooms, 119 2-bedrooms, 20 3- bedrooms and 3 Townhomes.
A commercial component provides eight CRUs at ground level facing 24th Ave.

848 Seymour
Developer: Forme
Location: Downtown, Vancouver
848 Seymour is a new lifestyle hotel in Downtown Vancouver. The project seeks to create a timeless and elegant addition to Vancouver’s skyline while providing a new model for lifestyle hotels in the
downtown core.

1510 Crown Street
Developer: Fairborne
Location: District of North Vancouver
Crown Street is located at the corner of Mountain Highway and Crown Street in The District of North Vancouver. This gateway site sits on 2.36 acres, the project will form part of a new high street
in what has been designated the geographic “Heart” of the Lynn Creek Town Centre by the DNV Official Community Plan and Lynn Creek Town Centre Implementation Plan.

Vanness
Developer: Intracorp
Location: Joyce-Collingwood, Vancouver
Strategically located at SkyTrain Joyce-Collingwood Station, Vanness is a two-tower mixed-use development comprising a 30-storey west tower, a 33-storey east tower, and a connecting 5-storey podium, delivering 679 secured purpose-built rental homes. Offering a mix of 314 studios, 121 one-bedrooms, 213 two-bedrooms, and 31 three-bedrooms, with 10% dedicated to below-market rental.

Located mid-block on East 16th Avenue in the heart of Mount Pleasant, this mixed-use project offers a 21-storey residential tower atop a low-rise podium, delivering 211 secured rental units including 20% (approx. 43 units) at below-market rates. The proposal includes ground-level commercial space, robust residential amenities, and public realm enhancements aligned with the Broadway Plan. .

Dunbar Seniors Institutional Development

Located within the Dunbar Southlands neighbourhood, the Dunbar Seniors Institutional Development is a six-storey seniors residence offering a total of 227 units, including 84 assisted living and 143 long term care units, of which 49 are memory care.

W3
Developer: Bosa Properties
Location: Burnaby
​5978 Wilson Avenue introduces a 40-storey purpose-built rental tower that will serve as a prominent gateway to Metrotown. The tower’s siting on one of the city’s highest elevation points informs both its symbolic role in the skyline and its architectural identity, offering expansive views and setting a bold design precedent in the area.
The project will deliver 418 residential rental units, including below-market housing, and a significant portion dedicated to family-sized units.

Osler
Developer: Amica and Marcon
Location: Vancouver
The second Marcon and Amica development in the Shaughnessy neighbourhood. This seniors residence is a 6 storey purpose-built Community Care Facility with 169 care units that provide a variety of housing options for residents. A majority of the units are above ground level

Marquette
Developer: Polygon Homes
Location: Surrey
Marquette is a low-rise, mixed-use community, situated within the Semiahmoo Town Centre Plan area in Surrey. The site offers 364 residential homes, including 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units, in two wood frame buildings. The project includes 8,700 square feet of retail commercial space along 152 Street, seamlessly integrating residential space with ground floor commercial space to add vibrancy and new housing options to the surrounding neighbourhood.
